Without different perspectives our innovations will not be at their best, which means that we need to create diverse teams with people from different backgrounds. In other words: sometimes we need to look past out bias and think outside the box. It is not only critical for business but also for society. In order to accelerate peoples potentials and create the best innovations we also need to have an inclusive culture. Not always easy, right?  

That's why we wanted to invite Sofia Falk to the WOW podcast, because she is an expert on creating inclusion and diversity.

    Fanny Widman is the showhost of the WOW podcast and works with social media marketing within the Capgemini Group. She has a background in IT sales and has also studied marketing on IHM Business School in Stockholm. She is passionate about creating conversations that matters and sharing insights that can benefit many! 

    Outside of her day job she runs one of the biggest podcasts in Sweden on the theme of gender balance (Fannys Förebilder/Fanny's role models) where the has interviewed some the most successful women in Sweden. She has interviewed e.g. Hélène Barnekow, CEO of Microsoft Sweden, all of the female political party leaders and other important influencers.
