Michiel Boreel, with over 30 years of industry experience, Michiel now leads technology for Sogeti, besides being a part of the Management Board. With diverse experience across sectors, Michiel also leads VINT, Sogeti’s research initiative covering topics like the role of IT in the future society and how technology can be applied to create meaningful business innovation. Since the start of the institute, it has published over 15 books. Michiel is also an internationally renowned speaker on topics of technology, society and sustainability. |

Menno Van Doorn, Menno is Director of the Sogeti Research Institute for the Analysis of New Technology (VINT). He mixes personal life experiences with the findings of the 19 years of research done at the VINT Research Institute. Menno has co-authored many books on the impact of new technology on business and society. This is the list of the books and research project he has worked on: Making IT-Governance Work Open for Business – open-source-inspired innovation Me the Media: Rise of the conversation Society Don’t Be Evil Powershift – energy transition The App Effect Cyber Security Manifesto Big Data “Things” Menno received the Computable Award “Researcher of the Year” for research done in the field of open innovation and business transformation in October 2007. He is member of the Advisory Board of the Telecom & Management School of Business in Paris and member of the Coordinating Commission of the Social Media Research Centre Somere of the University of Twente (Netherlands). Menno is the host of a 1300+ business innovation community called “Social Strategy Talk” with events that are held in Amsterdam. He was born in Gouda (say cheese) and went to Erasmus University to specialize himself in the field of economic psychology. This formed the base of his human-centric view on new technology. |

Sander Duivestein, Sander Duivestein (1971) is a highly acclaimed and top-rated trendwatcher, an influential author, an acclaimed keynote speaker, a digital business entrepreneur, and a strategic advisor on disruptive innovations. His main focus is the impact of new technologies on people, businesses and society. He is therefore a much sought-after speaker for conferences, strategy sessions and other business gatherings. He is the co-author of several books and reports: Bitcoin, It’s not the currency, it’s the platform, stupid! (2014), No More Secrets with Big Data Analytics (2013), The Dark Side of Social Media (2013) ,The App Effect (2012), Don’t Be Evil (2010), Collaboration with the Cloud (2009), Me the Media (2009).With the introduction of the smartphone and the tablet PC our society has gained momentum. IT has taken control over our lives. We can’t live without it anymore. Hence, in 2020, everybody will be addicted to information. And we are only at the beginning: Google Glass, IBM’s Watson, 3D printing, brain interfaces, cloud, social media, robots , artificial intelligence, wearable computing, crowdsourcing, collaborative economy, big data, bitcoin, privacy and the Internet of Things. Just some examples of the things that will change our lives forever. We are living in exponential times. Accelerated change is the only constant in this new era. Science fiction has become science fact. The future is now. Basically, there are no more straight lines! This requires a complete different mindset. We need to rethink how we want to do business in the near future. It’s Digital Darwinism. It’s adapt or die! |

Joakim Wahlqvist, With a master’s in computer science, I originally started of as a developer within ECM and Data Warehouse area, and since then, back in 2005, staying true to the domain of using data as leaver for Insights and Innovation. As a business developer at the core I strive to always find ways of doing more with less time using all the amazing capabilities in the large toolbox we call Data & AI. This I have been doing as a developer, architect, team manager, business analyst etc. Now, being part of the Global Portfolio Team at Sogeti I help clients to drive change at the speed of innovation within Data & AI. Understanding the full range of traditional and new technology capabilities, combining them with business processes, opportunities and challenges is my way of creating value. |

Marcus Norrgren has worked with various software projects and products the last 15 years, from large enterprise setting to being part of creating, launching and building a SaaS product from scratch. Marcus’s passion lies in exploring uncertainty, meeting customers and users and working closely with various teams to build a trusting and positive culture. The last couple of years, Marcus has worked with Data and AI projects at Sogeti, from definition of goals and purpose to execution and delivery of projects, with a strong focus on quality. His background has been within multiple roles, such as Product Manager, Director, Testing and Sales/Marketing Manager. In 2023, Marcus took on the role as Portfolio Lead for Data & AI at Sogeti Sweden. |

Sara Moricz, Phd in Economics/Senior Data Scientist Sara Moricz has a PhD in Economics and is a Senior Data Scientist in Lund. During her studies in Economics, she discovered the beauty in programming. For ten years she has driven her research about Economics by writing splendid code for her statistical analyses and have trained language models. She has tested to build products on top of Large Language Models by prompt engineering. Today she focuses her knowledge on Internet of Things (IOT) and how to secure connected products and systems by searching and finding inconsistent data with the help of AI/ML. She eagerly wants to find out that things work as expected in real life. Her vision about the rapidly evolving tech industry is to translate the technology for a common understanding, by deep diving into the collaboration between all kinds of people, from stakeholder to users and target groups. |
